BMW M750i and 728i due in March next year ?

It seems that BMW has big plans for the7-Series as next year's lineup will allegedly gain two additional members.BimmerToday is reporting that the Munich-based company will launch an M Performance variant of the 7-Series which will probably wear the M750i moniker. Under the hood it is expected to get a V8 4.4-liter TwinTurbo engine with about 450 hp (335 kW). An optional feature will be the xDrive system.

G-Power introduces the world's fastest BMW 1-Series, the G1 V8 Hurricane RS

G-Power has introduced their new G1 V8 Hurricane RS package for the BMW 1-Series M Coupe.

Described as the world's fastest 1-Series, the car features a carbon fiber hood and trunk as well as 20-inch alloy wheels. There's also a stainless sports exhaust system, carbon ceramic brakes and a coilover suspension.

BMW M Performance Power Kit announced for 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine

BMW has announced plans to introduce an M Performance Power Kit at the Paris Motor Show.

Created for the 2.0-liter four-cylinderdiesel engine that resides in the 120d, 320d and 520d, the kit includes a larger charge air cooler and an optimized ECU. Thanks to these modifications, the engine develops 200 PS (147 kW / 197 hp) and 420 Nm (310 Nm) of torque. This enables the cars to accelerate from 0-100 km/h up to one second faster than the standard models.

BMW 1-Series receives xDrive

BMW’s entry-level 1-Series model will soon be offered with the company’s xDrive all-wheel drive system. This is the first time when the xDrive arrives on the 1-Series and it will be available only for the 120d and M135i models.

According to a recent report, BMW is in talks to buy De Tomaso.
Details are limited, but an Italian trade union confirmed the automaker is one of the companies that is looking to buy the beleaguered brand.
