BMW X5 transformed into a pickup
A BMW dealership in Australia transformed a first-gen X5 into a pickup (or Ute as it's locally known).
The conversion was made by Motorline BMW, a dealership based in Queensland, Australia. They took a pre-facelift E53 model equipped with a 3.0-literdiesel engine and put a Toyota-sourced rear window panel. After getting rid of the rear doors they installed chrome bars to make it look like the real deal.

While this BMW pickup isn't official, the German marque did make an M3 pickup conceptwith a 450 kg rear payload capacity and 420 HP (309 kW) under the hood. Revealed back in 2011, the one-off had the same cd quotient as the M3 Coupe and was able to reach a top speed of 186 mph (300 km/h).
