BMW has unveiled the 2013 ALPINA B7, ahead of its debut at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.
Based on the facelifted 7-Series, the model features more than 30 new parts including a revised front fascia with LED fog lights. There's also an upgraded interior with new upholstery choices and ceramic secondary controls.
Power comes from a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 engine that develops 540 hp (403 kW / 547 PS) and 538 lb-ft (728 Nm) of torque - an increase of 40 hp (30 kW / 41 PS) and 22 lb-ft (30 Nm). It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission which enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 4.3 - 4.4 seconds and hit a top speed of up to 194 mph (312 km/h).
The ALPINA B7 will go on sale in the United States this August and pricing starts at $128,495.
