 2016 BMW X6 M speculatively rendered
The second generation BMW X6 has been digitally dressed in M clothing by independent designer X-Tomi.

Earlier this week we saw the 2015 X6transforming into a convertible that obviously will never happen and now the second-generation Bavarian sports activity vehicle has received the M treatment which will become a reality probably next year. It's not that hard to imagine how the X6 M will look after checking out the X6 M Sportversion BMW introduced a few days ago.
Prototypes of the X6 M have been caught on camera numerous times hiding what will likely end up to be a slightly more aggressive body with beefier bumpers, more pronounced side skirts, four exhaust pipes and a lowered suspension matched with chunky alloy wheels.
The 2016 BMW X6 M is expected to continue with the first generation’s twin-turbo V8 4.4-liter engine but will probably be tweaked a little bit to squeeze more than the current 555 PS (408 kW) and 680 Nm (502 lb-ft). Taking into account the regular X6 is up to 40 kg (80 lbs) lighter than its predecessor, the more powerful M version should perform the 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) run in less than 4.7 seconds before climbing to what will likely be an electronically-governed 155 mph (250 km/h) top speed.
